500 100 013In 2003, I have finished the attorney at law apprenticeship and I was entered into the list of legal advisors attorneys at law kept by Wałbrzych Bar Association.
I have been working with Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, local government entities and private persons for years. I have an extensive judicial experience. Due to constant cooperation with the international consulting group ICG associating legal firms from around the globe, I supervise a number of international investment projects.
In life and in business I rely on trust and honesty. I know that apart from knowledge and experience they are the foundation for success. I work dynamically and strive for effective solutions. I cannot imagine my work without the ability to understand the problem, being open to people and the sense of humour. I help entrepreneurs, I stay on top of their challenges and each day shows me how fascinating business really is. My work gives me satisfaction. I like to play golf. During the game, I work on myself, my technique, my efficiency, because in golf it is the result that counts. I focus on each and every hole. I do my best to strike the ball precisely and hit my target. This is how I work in business.

I have been working in Czapczyński Law Firm of Attorneys at Law since 2017. I provide comprehensive legal service to entrepreneurs. I advise, draw up and evaluate contracts, conduct legal analyses and represent clients in court proceedings.
I handle cases in Polish and English.
In my work, I look for optimal and consensual solutions. I believe only an active and dynamic support brings about the effects and gives the client a sense of security. I do not fear challenges and I take up any task with full commitment. I find break from daily routine in the mountains.

I advise entrepreneurs within the scope of labour law and social security. I have an extensive experience in cases against Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych. Moreover, I handle administrative law and proceedings.
Problem solving and decision making is part of my everyday job. I act quickly, effectively and responsibly. I put 100% of my abilities in each case. I identify the problem, analyse potential solutions and look for the best way out. I like mountains and skiing. Trekking and the snowy slope fill me energy and joy.

Professionally I specialize in family law (including international law as well as cases related to child abduction) and criminal law.
Psychology is my passion, especially clinical. My professional interests also focus on the problem of memory in the context of the credibility of witnesses' testimonies. As part of cooperation with the WSB (Higher School of Banking) in Wroclaw and the University of Wroclaw, I teach students in the fields of family law, labor law and forensic psychology. In my free time I like to read belles-lettres, listen to music and talk to people.

a.zajac@tcrp.pl 603 810 386I took my first professional steps in the Centre of the Recycling Efficiency of the Wrocław University of Science (Centrum Doskonałości Recyklingu Politechniki Wrocławskiej). Later I had worked in public administration – both local government and national level. I have conducted administrative proceedings, regarding enterprises which exceeded the limit of normal use of environment. I have issued decisions, permits, authorisations.
As a senior environment protection inspector in the Voivodeship Inspectorate in Wrocław, I have performed few hundred inspections of commercial entities and local government bodies. I was involved in post-inspection activities and administrative proceedings.
I know the standards and regulations which apply to entrepreneurs. I show what to look out for to avoid problems, penalties and financial charges. I have participated in debates regarding the European environment protection law in Brussels as a member of the international organisation IMPEL — The European Union Network for the Implementation and Enforcement of Environmental Law. I have issued numerous opinions on the draft amendments of normative acts.
I help entrepreneurs who are involved in environment protection and waste management. In my work, I value the possibility to create reality and set out new standards. I am a social person – I act and feel satisfaction every time when I provide support to someone in difficult situation. I train calisthenics. During my workout, I put my everyday problems aside and focus on reaching the maximum of my possibilities.

I graduated from the Top500 Innovators programme at the Stanford University, Medical University of Wrocław, University of Wrocław, as well as Jagiellonian University in Kraków in the scope of intellectual property studies. I completed several courses on IP Management and an internship in the European Patent Office.
Intellectual property management is a great matter which allows me to meet unique personalities, undertake interesting challenges, create new bespoke solutions, and at times even resembles detective’s work. I have a wide experience in building intellectual property management strategies, from the moment of identification of IP objects (audits), through assessing the operational freedom and the innovativeness of solutions, determining protection policy and IP management in companies, creating IP portfolio, support in searching for scientific and business partners, to supporting marketing activities and assistance in obtaining funds. I was a scientist, I worked in high-tech technologies trade, and now I build IP strategies for companies, VCs, universities and technology transfer centres. Both in my professional and private life I aim at reaching the ‘win-win’ situations.
