My name is Tomasz Czapczyński. I am the owner and managing director of the law firm.

In 2003, I completed my attorney-at-law training and was entered onto the list of attorneys-at-law maintained by the Wałbrzych Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. I have also completed the Legal MBA program.

My name is Adrian Zając. I am a specialist in environmental protection and waste management.

I began my career at the Recycling Excellence Centre of Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Later, I worked in public administration — both local and governmental. I conducted administrative proceedings concerning enterprises whose activities exceeded the scope of ordinary use of the environment. I issued decisions, permits, and authorizations.

As a senior environmental protection inspector at the Regional Inspectorate in Wrocław, I carried out several hundred inspections of businesses and local government authorities. I was actively involved in post-inspection measures and administrative proceedings.

I am well-acquainted with the norms and regulations applicable to entrepreneurs. I advise on what to pay attention to in order to avoid problems, penalties, and financial burdens. I debated European environmental law in Brussels as a member of IMPEL — The European Union Network for the Implementation and Enforcement of Environmental Law. I have frequently provided opinions on draft amendments to normative acts.

I assist entrepreneurs in matters concerning environmental protection and waste management. In my work, I value the opportunity to shape reality and set new standards. I have a social spirit — I take action and feel satisfaction every time I can provide support in difficult situations.
